Lawrence Nebauer

Following a very successful career in the metals industry of Australia, Laurence Nebauer is actively involved in many philanthropic activities and projects, including his support of AIR and The Hybrid Project. Based in rural New South Wales, he was very excited that AIR would have an Australian premiere at the Sydney Underground Film Festival.

Rebecca Kwee

Rebecca has been instrumental in supporting many creative projects and institutions in the UK and abroad.  Enthusiastic about developing and showcasing talent, she chooses projects that she believes are already wonderful and just need a little support to make them accessible to everyone.  As a young patron of the English National Opera and having started and successfully run a gallery in Berlin, Rebecca’s support now covers many sectors of the arts, including fashion, music, fine arts, film and design.  Rebecca kindly sponsored the making of AIR.

Tim Dwyer

After completing his degree in Biochemistry, Tim has spent the past 15 years designing and developing novel medical devices and managing Research and Development programmes within a number of start-up biotechnology companies. His fascination with the juxtaposition of the biological and the mechanical, and the merging of science and art led him to the Hybrid Project and his first foray into the world of film through his involvement with AIR. In the limited time between work and completing his MBA, Tim indulges his love of film, art, design and music. Inspired by the vision and passion of the creators of AIR, Tim jumped at the opportunity to support the filmmakers in producing something truly unique.
